Ordering Online:

Our website has an electronic shopping cart, when you are on the store page and see an item you would like, click on the add to cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can add, remove or increase the quantity of items at any time by changing the item number in the shopping cart page and clicking recalculate. .

When you are finished selecting items for your order; click the checkout button and fill in the necessary payment and personal information. We are now taking payments through PayPal. Go to the Store

Ordering By Mail:

Select the items you wish to order, click the handy printable order form link and a new window will open. Fill out the order form and print it. Hint to switch easily between the store page and the order form press alt then tab on your keyboard. Go to the Printable Order Form

Pa Residents add 6% sales tax.

Phone Orders:

Please feel free to call in your order and we'll bill you through PayPal (you need an e-mail address) or directly. Once payment is received your order will be sent. It's fast and easy!

Purchase Orders:

Purchase orders from hospitals, facilities and institutions are welcome. Fax or mail them to Therapy Resources. Fax # 215-619-0118. Please include your TIN # and also your Therapy Resources Inc.  account number if you have ordered from us previously.

Payment:

Therapy Resources Inc. accepts credit cards: American Express, Visa and Mastercard, through PayPal, money orders and checks (US funds from a US Bank). Checks or money orders should be payable to Therapy Resources Inc. Orders will be held until payment is received and  the check clears.

Shipping:

We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS to the USA and USPS to Canada.  Items in stock are usually shipped within a few days but please allow two to four weeks for shipping and delivery. Check on your UPS package by using the link below.

Returns:

We will refund or credit your account for the price (less shipping and handling) of any of our products returned within ten days of receipt. The item must be in resalable condition. Please return the item with the packing slip and include the reason for the return to: Therapy Resources Inc., PO Box 452, Ambler, PA. 19002-0452.
